1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using SageSMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Services Overview
SageSMS provides bulk SMS, transactional SMS, OTP verification, and SMS API integration services. No physical products are provided under these terms.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
Account setup fees are one-time and non-refundable once processing has begun. SMS credits are purchased in advance and do not expire, but are non-refundable once added to your account balance. See our Return Policy for full detail.
4. Sender ID & Content Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the content of messages sent through their account, including compliance with applicable telecom regulations. SageSMS reserves the right to suspend a Sender ID or account found to be sending unlawful, unsolicited, or fraudulent content.
5. Support & Revisions
Our support team assists with account setup, Sender ID approval, and API integration questions during onboarding and throughout your use of the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
The SageSMS platform, API, and admin panel remain the property of Sage Ceylon (Pvt) Ltd. Customers retain ownership of their own message content and customer data.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding API credentials, and ensuring their use of the service complies with applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
SageSMS is not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by third-party telecom networks outside our control. Our liability in all cases is limited to the value of SMS credits purchased in the affected period.
9. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms, including misuse of Sender IDs or sending of unlawful content.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
